Fun Awaiting You In Branson

This past summer when I was going on and on about wanting to move you probably remember me mentioning Missouri. Missouri isn’t necessarily a place that I’ve imagined myself living but it’s definitely a place that I’ve thought a lot about visiting. Especially Branson, Missouri. When you think of fun vacation spots to visit Missouri might not be the first place that pops into your head but a Branson getaway really has a lot to offer. If you don’t believe me just check out the Branson Getaways website.

You might be surprised to discover that Branson offers a lot in the way of attractions and entertainment. You’ll be able to enjoy great museums, caves and caverns, water rides and miniature golf just to name a few things. If you’re a fan of live shows you’ll be able to enjoy those as well. I can’t tell you how many of the Branson Getaways attractions caught my eye!

I was also impressed with the various lodging options in Branson, Missouri. Of course they offer luxury hotels, condos and inns but my favorite place to stay would probably be the Cabins at Grand Mountain. I love the way the rooms look! You’ve probably never considered Branson Getaways as your next vacation destination but after seeing everything they have to offer I’m sure you’ll change your mind. I know I did!!

Life Is Not Too Bad!

OK, so as I was saying in my last entry, I really want to get married so that I can have someone to split my bills with. LOL Yes, I know that’s not a good reason to get married, but times are hard!! I’m sure there’s someone out there who would love to marry me to have me split the bills too. So it would be a mutual understanding! I’m just kidding guys. I would never do that. But it’s crazy how hard times are right now. Even when you want to work you can’t find good paying jobs. Even if you’re qualified! It’s scary.

I’d love to be one of those people who don’t have to worry about money. I don’t think I’d ever want to be rich but I love the idea of having complete financial security. Is that even possible? LOL I really don’t mind budgeting my money and saving. I feel proud to be able to take care of myself and my family. I’ve had to let go of a lot of fun things, but I’m not even sad about that. Sure I can’t afford to rent a las vegas hotel whenever I want, but if I save I can still do those things occasionally. Life is not too bad at all! :D

Anywhere Is Better Than Jersey

I’m really disappointed to still be living in New Jersey. I’ve probably stated countless times how much I hate this state. I think it’s definitely one of the worse places to live. LOL maybe I feel that way because it’s the only place I’ve ever lived. Maybe. But I tell you one thing, if someone gave me the opportunity to move from New Jersey I would be on the next thing smoking. I just want to move some place else and start over. It would be great if that place had a lower cost of living than New Jersey which I find to be very expensive.

I would prefer to live some place close to New Jersey, just not in Jersey. Maybe Pennsylvania or Delaware. I wouldn’t even mind moving to some place like Ohio. I’ve heard some good things about Ohio. For a while I even toyed with the notion of moving to North Carolina. I know someone who lives there and she LOVES it. I’ve had a chance to read a little bit about Wilmington NC real estate and that seems like a cool place. The bottom line is that I want out of Jersey! LOL

Fear Of Flying… and Everything Else

Lately I’ve been giving a lot of thought to what I want to do in the future. Right now my life isn’t going exactly as I would have planned for it to go, but that’s OK. I’ve really been feeling so positive lately. I’ve been doing a lot of studying and it’s giving me peace of mind as I go about my day. That has been such a blessing to me. Sometimes I feel so discouraged because my life isn’t perfect but I’m satisfied with knowing that I can at least strive to make it better.

Sometimes I wish I was one of those fearless people that are willing to try anything to make their dreams come true. The kind of people that take sky diving lessons, learn to ride a horse, go to truck driving school, swim with the dolphins, etc! I’m more fearful than spontaneous. But I am starting to become a little more confident. Who knows, maybe one day you’ll see me jumping out of a plane. OK, maybe not, but I would totally swim with the dolphins. LOL
