I’m not sure whether or not I’ve mentioned this, but I have a fitness blog that I’ve been working on. Actually it’s already done. I’ve been posting entries in it for the past month or so but I haven’t yet made it public. In fact I still have it on ‘maintenance mode’. I decided to start the fitness blog as a way to encourage myself to get healthier. I figured if I kept account of what I was doing maybe it would help me to do better. That hasn’t exactly been the case though.
Starting October 1, 2008 I’m planning to make the blog public. I think it will help me more if I feel like I’m sharing my struggle to get healthier with other people. For me it’s not so much about losing weight as it is about getting healthy for myself. The blog will focus on fitness but it will also focus on becoming healthier in all aspects of life. Just a better way of living.
I’m also thinking about including information that people care about such as healthy recipes, fun exercises, what are the best natural products and things of that nature. I’m not sure if I’ll include information on the best diet pills and weight loss programs since I’m no expert on those subject but we’ll see. The main focus is me and what I go through. It’s a personal thing more than anything else!
