Cyber Shopping…

I’m so exhausted. I’ve been up all night. I had to work last night so I haven’t been able to get any sleep yet. I’m going to wind down now so I can go to sleep in about 30 minutes. I hate that my sleeping schedule is going to be thrown off again. My sleeping pattern has been a little weird lately because I have the flu and it’s been causing me to sleep a lot. And last night I had to stay up all night because I worked late. Ugh.

I’m surfing the Internet right now trying to see if they’re any good Cyber Monday sales. I really want to buy a laptop today but I’m trying to fight the urge. I might give in if I find a deal that I can’t pass up. I was also looking at computer desks, office supplies, mattresses, and bookshelves. I don’t think I’ll be able to get any of those things until income tax time, but it’s good to look around and see what’s available!

There Has To Be At Least One….!!!!

I’ve been online looking for a dictionary for my mom and I can’t believe how hard it is to find one. I guess I have the Internet to blame for that. Everyone wants to Google everything on their phones. No one wants to pick up a book anymore!! I seriously would never have expected finding a recent edition dictionary to be such a task. My mom wanted a Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary but I can’t find any later than 1996. It seems pointless to buy a dictionary that old. Can you imagine how many new words have been added since then.

I think I might settle for an Oxford dictionary. It’s hard finding one of those as well. The woman just wants a simple dictionary that was published after 2004. How hard is that!!! Maybe I need to get on the phone with the dictionary fulfillment center or something!! I’m starting to think it might just be easier to buy my mom a new phone for her to look everything up on. Gosh.

Where’s The Chat Etiquette!!!

I’m so bored tonight. I was talking to my best friend but he just disappeared. I hate when I’m chatting with people online and they sign off without warning me. I think that’s so rude. Most of the time I don’t want to leave because I never know if they’re going to come back. It seems like whenever I decide to wait they never come back. If I do leave, that’s when I come on the next day to find a bunch of rude offline messages. Hmmph!! I think there should be some rules to chatting online. For instance, if you know you have no intention on coming back, it would be nice if you’d tell the other person that!! That’s chat etiquette! LOL

I’m just kidding. It’s really not that serious. I’m just mad I wasted my time waiting on his rude self. I should call him and tell him off! I think I’m going to get off of the computer and read a book instead. I really have no reason to be bored when I have so many things to do. I just wish there was something fun to do. Who has some Wii accessories that I can borrow??? Oh yeah, and a Wii! LOL
