The Roof and Ceiling Fell…
I don’t know whether or not I mentioned this, but last week there was a bad storm and it blew part of the roof off my house. Once the roof came apart it started raining inside my house which of course caused the ceiling to collapse. What an annoying day that was. In fact it’s been an annoying week. The damage has yet to be completely fixed. For the past few days the roofers have been on the roof repairing the damage. I’m hoping that they’ll be done soon because my head is pounding from all of the banging. Gosh.
Once the roofers finish repairing the roof the other guys will come in to start repairing the ceiling. I can’t even imagine the amount of damage they’re going to do. Every day parts of the ceiling end up on the floor because of the banging. I guess this is why people don’t have glass tile on the kitchen, huh? I can’t imagine how the floor would look if we did. After this process is over we’re going to probably need new kitchen tiles anyway. Man.
