Yesterday I really made a pig out of myself. It seems like I was eating all of the wrong things all day long. I didn’t have any breakfast yesterday because I almost never eat first thing in the morning, but after 2p everything just went downhill. First off I had some pancakes and chicken for lunch. My version of chicken and waffles, I guess. The chicken was a piece of chicken breast left over and I had two pancakes with that. Then for dinner I had a small bowl of Ravioli. A little later after that I had a big piece of blueberry cheesecake for dessert. Now that I think about it, maybe it doesn’t seem SOOO bad. But I really need to watch what I eat. I don’t want to have to order some Phentermine because I can’t control my eating habits. I’m going to try to work on it but truthfully I love food and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
