Can’t Keep It Clean

I really hate the carpet in my bedroom. In fact, I pretty much have a love/hate relationship with carpeting in general. On one hand a carpet can be very stylish and cozy, but on the other hand it can be a dirt and trash magnet. Especially the kind of carpet that I have. Realistically, I would have to sweep/vacuum the carpet twice daily to keep it really clean. It just attracts everything that’s on the bottom of my feet. Right now I’m looking at the carpet and there is paper and tissue on it. I don’t know how that happened.

Let’s not even get into stains. I’m definitely in need of  carpet cleaning Holly Springs NC. This carpet sucks up every stain imaginable and it’s not always easy to clean stains from a carpet with the typical cleaning products we have in the house. This carpet needs a professional deep cleaning to make it look good. That’s why I hate it!

Music Dreams

I’m not one to live in regret, but there are definitely a few things in my life that I wish I had done differently. I won’t get into all those things, but I will mention one. When I was in middle school, I had the opportunity to join the school band, but I never did because at the time I thought it was pretty lame. I was more concerned with hanging out with my friends and didn’t want to dedicate the time it took to learn to plan an instrument. I was also disappointed that I had to play the clarinet or flute instead of the guitar or piano. I’m obsessed with guitars and pianos. I think they’re the best instruments in the world.

If someone said “pick any Line 6 instrument you want,” I would definitely pick a guitar. I’ve had the opportunity to fool around with a guitar before and it’s so much fun to play. Hopefully one day I can take lessons and learn to play for real. I don’t want to play in a band or anything like that, I just want to learn to play for myself.

Spending Fashion’s Night Out With Some Old Friends

I was so happy when I heard that there were going to be quite a few events going on for Fashion’s Night Out in Chicago this year. I was so sad when they first started it two years ago and I heard that they were only doing it in New York then. But then again I guess that it was just starting then and they wanted to make sure that it went smoothly before they expanded. It really is a great idea and hte only thing that I regret about not getting to go to the events in New York is that I’ll be mising the Glee cast at their appearance!

I am a big Glee fan, but I’m also a big fan of fashion and fun events. I’ve researched a ton about the events going on with my Chicago Clear internet and I made a huge game plan for the night because of it.

I went to some of the really big department stores that I would normally have no business in, but I thought that if they were going to give me free drinks and food it would be a really great idea to go! They seemed to have a great turnout and I hope they do it again next year!

Weak Water

Lately, taking a shower has been a real pain. I love taking long, luxurious showers every day, but lately my showers are only luxurious two, maybe three times a week. If I’m not dealing with my grandmother turning on the cold water in the kitchen, I’m dealing with low water pressure. One of those two things are always responsible for my showers ending badly. I’m not sure what is causing the water pressure in the shower to be so weak. It’s awful. In fact, if you turn the shower off and just leave the faucet on, nothing comes out. Just drips of water.

I hope there is a simple solution to the pressure problem. Maybe a metal hose needs to be replaced or something. I would hate to think it’s something worse than that. Who really wants to pay for a plumber to come out and fix everything. Whatever the problem is, I hope it gets fixed soon. I miss the luxurious part of my showers.
