Let’s Build!!!

I wish I knew how to build things. I would love to build myself a bookshelf. I notice that the bookshelves they sell in the stores aren’t as sturdy as they should be. If you want a solid wood bookcase you’re going to pay a lot of money. I wouldn’t mind paying a good price for something that will last many years but none of the bookcases are the size that I need. I need something that is solid wood with at least 5 removable shelves. I notice that most store bought bookcases only have 4. I have a lot of storage needs!!

Sometimes I think it would be a great idea to take a class on how to build things. Then I could just buy some wood and industrial products to build the simple things that I need. That way I can customize things just the way that I want them. Doesn’t that sound much better than paying a lot of money for things you have to settle for?

Push It To The Limit!

I woke up this morning feeling extremely sluggish. I’m sure that has a lot to do with how much I ate this weekend. I really pigged out. I need to start exercising. If I don’t get my metabolism going I’m never going to lose weight. The thing about exercising is that it’s so hard to do if you don’t have the strength and motivation. Maybe I need to try Stemulite. I could really use an all natural fitness supplement.

The thing I love the most about Stemulite is that it can give me the energy that I need to have more successful workouts. That’s my biggest problem. I lack the stamina that is required to exercise for long periods of time. It’s hard to really see a difference when you’re burning out so fast. I also love the fact that must people who use Stemulite sleep better at night. For me that’s an added bonus!

Should Have Went To Sleep!

I’m so tired. I didn’t sleep too well last night and I’m paying for it right now. I didn’t fall asleep until almost 4a and my alarm went off at 6:30a. I turned it off and fell back to sleep. Apparently. And I didn’t wake up again until almost 8a. Not cool. Fortunately, I didn’t have anything to do that was so important. I’m still kind of disappointed with myself though. I should have been able to get up on time. All of these late nights are starting to catch up with me.

I think I need to start going to sleep at a decent time. Whenever I stay up late all I end up doing is watching a bunch of TV and eating. Neither are things that I should be doing at 3 in the morning. Late night eating is so bad for you. Especially when you go to sleep soon after. If I keep this up I’m going to have to buy those weight loss pills that I see advertised on TV at night. Grrr! I have to do better.

What A Small Picture!

You can tell that the Super Bowl is less than two weeks away because all of the commercials and advertisements have started. I can’t go a day without seeing some kind of promotion for the game. It doesn’t matter whether it’s for televisions, sofas, sandwiches, beverages or snacks. You can’t escape them! All day today I’ve been seeing commercials promoting big screen televisions. I guess they know that most guys (and some ladies) love to watch the game on huge screen televisions.

I don’t blame them because I love it too! I’m not really a fan of the game but I do love to watch the commercials. I think I look forward to those most of all. Since the Super Bowl is about 11 days away and I’m broke, I don’t think I’ll be able to afford a big wide screen LCD TV this year. I’ll be stuck watching those hilarious commercials on my old 20 inch television. Oh well, maybe next year!
