Vegetarian Confusion…
February 17th, 2010 Posted 10:10 pm
I’ve been a vegetarian for about seven months now and I love it! I will never, ever go back to eating meat. I didn’t realize how easy it would be to live without meat. Giving up meat was definitely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The only negative is that I’m not sure if my body is getting all of the proper vitamins and nutrients that I need. Protein is also a big concern for me. I’ve been eating eggs regularly to improve my protein intake, but I want to go back to being a lacto-vegetarian. I don’t want to have issues with cholesterol from eating eggs too often.
I have to figure out what my body needs and find ways to get it without meat. I don’t want to compromise my health just because I don’t want to eat meat. I wonder how being a vegetarian effects CLA. I read that CLA is one of those essential fatty acids that are found in beef. I guess since I don’t eat beef I have to get CLA from dairy. Hmm. I feel like there is still so much more I need to learn about vegetarianism.
I Need More Energy… And Sleep!
February 17th, 2010 Posted 10:00 pm
It’s a little before 10 in the evening and I’m totally exhausted. It feels as if I haven’t slept in a week. I think it’s because my sleeping pattern has been thrown off again. I had a deadline to make yesterday and I didn’t get any sleep. Big mistake. I can’t seem to stay on the right track with my sleeping schedule no matter what I do. I need to make better use of my time. Having adult ADD really messes up my life! I can sit here for 30 minutes just staring in the air because I’ve forgotten what I’m supposed to be doing. Lol. It’s horrible.
I’ve been taking a lot of vitamins recently, but they don’t seem to be helping. Maybe I’m just taking the wrongs ones. I need something that can help me sleep and boost my energy. Maybe I need to look into hgh pills. I haven’t heard much about them before, so I doubt I’ll just buy some without doing research, but it is something to consider if it will help with my energy and stuff.

Bravina Is Worth A Try…
February 16th, 2010 Posted 11:35 am
I’ve struggled with extreme anxiety and panic attacks for over ten years. One trigger for both of these conditions (for me anyway) is public speaking. But honestly, it doesn’t take much to set me off. Work, meeting new people, waiting for a delivery, being in a crowded room… these are all situations where I become extremely anxious. That’s why when I was given the opportunity to try Bravina (The Speech Pill), I jumped at the offer. Bravina is an herbal supplement specifically designed for people who suffer from speech anxiety and have trouble with public speaking. It contains popular supplements such as St. John’s Wort, Ginko Leaf Extract, and Ginseng Extract.
The manufacturers of Bravina suggest taking one tablet two hours before expected anxiety or stress. I decided to first try Bravina before a stressful work day. I had to present some information to my job and I was very nervous about how I would come off. It’s hard to say honestly whether or not Bravina made a difference in my case. As someone who’s suffered from anxiety for so long I don’t think there’s an instant cure. With that said, I did discover that I was less nervous about my work presentation after taking Bravina because I was so focused on whether the pill would work or not that it kept my mind off my assignment. That’s good enough for me!
I’m going to continue to take Bravina because it honestly did provide me with some peace of mind, I believe. I also figure with so many helpful and natural herbal ingredients, it can’t hurt to give it a try! Visit Bravina.com to see if Bravina might be right for your anxiety issues.

Computer Stress
September 21st, 2009 Posted 10:04 am
Happy Monday. It’s almost 10:00a and my day has already gotten off to a stressful start. I woke up this morning feeling good but then my computer decided that it didn’t want to work. I’m really not sure what the problem is. It started acting weird yesterday after I installed some “crucial” Vista updates. I really hate that Microsoft makes you install things without telling you what they’re for. I’m always uneasy when it comes time to install updates because I’ve had many problems in the past. A few months ago I installed “crucial” updates and now my computer takes forever to start and when it does start, it constantly pops up this little icon saying I’ve added hardware even though I haven’t.
I think Microsoft should be responsible for the damage that they inflict on people. Maybe I do need to switch to a Mac.
Don’t get me wrong, I love Vista, I’m just so tired of the problems. Too much stress over electronics. Sometimes dealing with computers is like looking for apartments in Winter. It’s not worth the pain you go through! Anyway, I’m determined to have a great day and I hope you all have a great day as well!
