Coupon Savings

I love, love, love shopping on the Internet. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve shopped in a store. I love shopping online because you can save way more money than you would if you shopped at a store. Not only because the products seem cheaper for some reason, but because you get to use coupon codes. I discovered coupon codes a few years ago and I can honestly say that they are one of the best things to ever happen to me. And online shopping.

I’ve saved so much money by using coupon codes. Sometimes you can save a dollar amount and sometimes you get something free. Either way it’s a great deal. That’s why if I ever want to buy my vitamins or Castile soap from VitaCost, I’ll look for coupons first. I’ve honestly only used vitacost coupons once before, but I saved about $4. You can’t beat that.

Can’t Focus…

I have the shortest attention span in the world! I was online looking for some stuff for my hair and I managed to waste about 30 minutes doing nothing. I don’t know how clicking one website link leads me to visiting about 10 other websites. Literally. I have to have adult ADD. It’s the only explanation for this behavior. And it’s not like it happens every now and then. I do it every day!

I really don’t know how I can start on someone’s blog then end up watching videos, looking at pictures, looking at www.bestdietpillsforwomen.net, listening to music… and still never accomplish my original goal of finding the hair products. How does that happen! I think I would get a lot more done if I could just focus!

Hoodia Talk

After all these years, one thing I still hear (or read rather) a lot about is hoodia. I remember a while back when I first heard about it on television or something I was really considering taking some. At the time I was seeing a lot of commercial advertisements saying how great the product was and I wanted to find out for myself. Of course I never did because I’m a procrastinator and afraid to try anything new.

I haven’t been hearing as much about hoodia lately, but when I do come across information about it I still wonder if it could work for me. This morning I even read a few hoodia gordonii reviews online. Some of those people make you want to go out and buy a diet pill right away because of how convincing they are. I still need to do more research though.

Bookcycle…

I’ve been giving a lot of thought to boycotting the Internet since my last blog and I’ve pretty much accomplished that goal. I haven’t been spending much time online at all. Unfortunately, I haven’t been doing anything productive either. I’ve been working, resting, watching a lot of episodes of Mission Impossible (the series) and doing other stuff, but nothing creative. I downloaded this new drawing program that I’m trying to learn, but until I learn it I won’t be doing much drawing.

I think I may finally start reading some books that I bought. I bought a few new books from a book club and I bought some used books from a few sites online, including Amazon books. There’s such a great selection of new and used books online, but I almost always buy used books over new books when I can. I think it’s nice to recycle and reuse books. Maybe book publishers wouldn’t agree, but used books are my favorite for many reasons. Not just because I’m cheap!
