Searching For Supplies
December 6th, 2011 Posted 9:39 pm
I never really noticed how expensive art supplies are until I decided to get serious about painting. Everything is so expensive! I literally spend hours looking around online to find the best prices. I hate not being independently wealthy! That would make shopping for art supplies a lot easier. Since I’m a broke artist, I have to rely on comparison shopping to get what I need. I just hate wasting so much time typing codes and product names.
They need to invent some kind of barcode scanner for the Internet. That way I can scan stuff in magazines and catalogs while still shopping online. I would even settle for a website that effectively searches the Internet for different products for you. Until someone comes up with an easier way to find the cheapest prices online I guess I’ll just have to rely on search engines. I just wish that way wasn’t so time consuming!

A Delicious Gift
November 12th, 2011 Posted 11:39 pm
I know most women love to receive flowers as a gift, but that’s just not my thing. Don’t get me wrong, I love flowers and I love to receive them, but that’s never my first choice for a gift or whatever. Instead of receiving or giving flowers for a special occasion, I would much rather give or receive a gift basket. Especially one with candy or fruits. I love fruit baskets!! I was browsing the Shari’s Berries website and I came across a ton of yummy treats.
I absolutely love the Sharis Berries fruit baskets and hand-dipped caramel apples! Those apples remind me of the candy apples I used to love as a child. I also saw some delicious cake pops on the website. I’ve always wanted to try those. Shari’s Berries even offers spa gift baskets. Seriously, if you want to buy a tasty gift, you need to visit that site. You’ll gain ten pounds just looking at the treats!

Leaf Lounge
November 5th, 2011 Posted 11:04 pm
Thanks to the Internet, I’ve discovered many cool places over the years. From places to shop to places to travel, you would be amazed by what you can randomly be introduced to just by surfing the Internet. For instance, today I discovered the Leaf Cigar Bar Restaurant and Lounge. I’ve never heard of this place before, but judging by the website it’s a pretty spiffy establishment.
I’m not sure I would fit in there since I don’t smoke, but the atmosphere seems great. And surprisingly, the Leaf Cigar Bar Restaurant and Lounge is right in Pennsylvania, which isn’t too far from where I live. Even though I don’t smoke, I wouldn’t mind going there for a drink and a meal if given the chance. I love places with a mature crowd and unique atmosphere!
Just Click Here?!
May 5th, 2011 Posted 1:57 pm
I don’t consider myself to be a nosey person, but I notice that I’m extremely curious. I don’t like minding other people’s business, but my curiosity does get the best of me in many situations. Like online for instance. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been reading a website and I’ve come across a link or a flashing image that says click here and I just have to do it.
I usually resist the urge if I’m on some random website, but if I’m on a blog or a trusted website I feel compelled to click the link. Most of the time I only click links instead of pictures because you can usually always see what you’re getting ready to click on. Pictures are a little more unpredictable. I bet me typing click here makes you want to do it, doesn’t it?! =)
