Bad Air

Sometimes I feel as if New Jersey is slowly killing me. Maybe it’s not the whole state, but it’s definitely the city I live in. There’s so much noise and pollution to deal with every day. Some days you can smell fumes and chemicals for hours on end. It’s really bad. I know I’m not the most environmentally conscious person in the world, but I do try to respect nature and my surroundings. Some people around here have no respect for nature or their neighbors. They don’t realize that these things will come back to us later.

I definitely think people take clean (sometimes!) air and water for granted. Lately they’ve been sending out notices telling people in my city not to drink the water at certain times or to boil it first. That’s horrible. And there are a lot of people who believe certain diseases can be prevented or caused by environment. I know Mesothelioma is caused by asbestos, but I wonder if the environment can have any affect on people with Mesothelioma cancer. I remember my aunt having really bad asthma and breathing problems until she moved out of this city.

I’d Travel For Insurance

It’s really a pain not having health insurance. You never really realize how important it is or how much you need it until you get sick. I’ve been suffering from migraines for a while now and over the past few weeks I’ve also had very bad earaches off and on. The pain gets to be too much sometimes and my mom is always suggesting that I go to the hospital. I don’t think going to the hospital is even an option.

Although something may really be wrong with me, I’m not willing to take all those tests and have them give me a simple explanation or the runaround. I’ll feel even worse having to pay the hospital back out of my pockets. I don’t think it’s worth it. I think health care should be free or at least cheaper. I’d go as far an North Carolina to get NC health insurance if it was cheaper than it is here.

Entertaining Addiction?

I know a lot of people who like to watch the television show Intervention, but I’m not one of them. I hate watching shows that turn legitimate problems and addictions into a show meant to entertain people. It seems a little intrusive and inappropriate to me. I’ve witnessed addiction first hand and there’s nothing entertaining about it. And really, those people would not want their addiction put out there like that. I think it’s better to seek private treatment for substance abuse.

I was reading about rapid opiate detox and I found it pretty interesting. I didn’t know there were even places that offered 8 hour rapid detox. I’m sure that’s more helpful than 1 hour detox, especially if it gets a person through that period of withdrawal. Judging by some of the things I’ve seen on television, that seems to be one of the most difficult parts of recovery. I’ll always believe rehab centers that offer private drug addiction treatment and long-term psychological counseling to be more effective than some of the things I see on TV.

Bravina Is Worth A Try…

I’ve struggled with extreme anxiety and panic attacks for over ten years. One trigger for both of these conditions (for me anyway) is public speaking. But honestly, it doesn’t take much to set me off. Work, meeting new people, waiting for a delivery, being in a crowded room… these are all situations where I become extremely anxious. That’s why when I was given the opportunity to try Bravina (The Speech Pill), I jumped at the offer. Bravina is an herbal supplement specifically designed for people who suffer from speech anxiety and have trouble with public speaking. It contains popular supplements such as St. John’s Wort, Ginko Leaf Extract, and Ginseng Extract.

The manufacturers of Bravina suggest taking one tablet two hours before expected anxiety or stress. I decided to first try Bravina before a stressful work day. I had to present some information to my job and I was very nervous about how I would come off. It’s hard to say honestly whether or not Bravina made a difference in my case. As someone who’s suffered from anxiety for so long I don’t think there’s an instant cure. With that said, I did discover that I was less nervous about my work presentation after taking Bravina because I was so focused on whether the pill would work or not that it kept my mind off my assignment. That’s good enough for me!

I’m going to continue to take Bravina because it honestly did provide me with some peace of mind, I believe. I also figure with so many helpful and natural herbal ingredients, it can’t hurt to give it a try! Visit Bravina.com to see if Bravina might be right for your anxiety issues.
