I Have Good Times!!!!

Last week I finally did something I always wanted to do. I bought Good Times on DVD!!! I was able to get all 6 seasons from Ebay for about 85$. To buy all of the seasons from Amazon.com it would have cost me about 150$, so I definitely saved a lot. I can really get used to buying stuff from Ebay. I guess that first purchase makes you kind of nervous, but it wont be too long before I’m a pro at it. I may even consider selling some things on there. Who knows. I am happy that everything went great. That means no more staying up to 3:30a to wait to watch one lousy episode. I’m so geeked!!!

The Foolishness That Is VH1

I’ve been completely sucked into the cult that is VH1. I love almost every reality show that they have on there. I know I shouldn’t, but I do. I started watching Celebrity Fit Club this season and it’s been pure entertainment. Thanks mostly to Dustin. Dude is going real hard trying to lose that Screech image. He talks so much crap about everyone and next week they’re going to show Brat and Kim what he said about them and it’s supposed to be some huge blow up.

I also love Charm School, because it’s hilarious. Most of the girls on there are ignorant, loud and have no class, but that’s what’s entertaining, I guess. The one show I refuse to watch is The Jerry Springer Hustle show. That’s pure garbage. I can’t believe people still watch Springer. SMH.

Love Me Some Good Times

I’m so tired today. I was going to go to sleep at 2:00a, but then I wanted to stay up and watch Good Times, so I hung in there until 3:30a when it came on. Then it also came on again at 4:00a and 4:30a. I’m really going to have to get every season of Good Times on DVD, because I need my beauty sleep. I don’t know why they put it on so late. They know I’m going to want to watch it. They should do a marathon on TV Land. Yes, I’d love that.

Ghetto Nanny

Tell me why my Gram has decided to open a low budget, bootleg daycare. OK, it’s not an official daycare, but it might as well be. She’s been taking care of twin boys (currently 2) for a while, and starting yesterday she’s taking care of another little boy who’s maybe 5 or 6 months. Now, she’s thinking about taking care of the 2 month old cousin of that baby. Haha. Those kids are going to drive her crazy. I’ll help where I can, but just as long as she realizes, she’s the child care provider (Haha, Mommy) not me.
