Safe States?
I complain about New Jersey a lot, but I think I’m lucky to live here. In a way. I hear about so many things that go on around the country and the world and sometimes New Jersey doesn’t seem as bad. So far we haven’t had to experience a lot of the problems other states and countries have had to deal with. I don’t take anything for granted though. I’m just thankful that I’ve been safe for this long. I don’t think I could live in a place where there was always a concern about natural disasters. I mean I couldn’t even live in a state where there was a history of tornadoes and things of that nature.
As much as I would love cross country moving, I think I’d rather stay close to New Jersey. Maybe Pennsylvania or Maryland. I don’t even think I’d like to live in Florida or California. I know you can’t predict the weather and stuff like that, but for some reason I feel a little safer living in the city. I wouldn’t want to live near a New Jersey beach either. Nope. Too much flooding.
