Crazy Carpets
I really hate the floor inside of my room. My mom has the same type of carpeting and has to sweep her floor about 3 or 4 times per day. We don’t even take out the vacuum cleaner anymore because it’s honestly too much of a hassle. The carpeting in our bedrooms are really thin but they collect a lot of dust. It’s quite odd. Anything we bring into the room on our shoes gets stuck to the carpet. The most annoying thing is the tissue from the bathroom. I told her that we should start taking our shoes off at the door and leaving them outside of the room. That would cut back on a lot of sweeping.
If I had my wish we would not have these carpets at all. I would prefer to have the wood floors exposed. Or maybe even some linoleum. That would be so much easier to keep clean. Then we could just put a couple of throw rugs on the floor. I should suggest that to her. I bet she’d love that idea as well. Anything to get rid of these carpets though. I’d much rather clean rugs than carpets any day!
