Summer Light
I’m sure you guys already know that I hate the Summer. I talk about it all Summer long. LOL. But sitting here at my computer right now did remind me of one thing I do appreciate about the Summer. That’s the fact that it gets light outside so early. I love that. I never have to worry about turning lights on in my house anymore. I can do almost anything during the day without having to turn lights on. And I rarely ever have to turn then on before 8p. That’s not bad at all, right?
Of course if I had to choose between dealing with oppressive Summer heat and not needing lights, or using lights and having no hot Summers – I would choose the latter. I can temporarily find the silver lining in dealing with the Summer heat but I wont ever love it. I’d rather buy new lighting fixtures every day and stay cool. Now that it’s the first day of June I have no choice but to deal with the fact that the Summer is quickly approaching and the heat is here to stay! Boo
